From vines planted in the 1980s on sandy loam soils northeast of Ensenada, this wine is direct-pressed and naturally fermented in neutral French oak. Aged for 8–10 months before being bottled unfined and unfiltered with minimal sulfur, it’s a pure, low-intervention expression of Baja California.
