This traditional Chilean red wine is crafted by winemaker Gustavo Riffo in the Itata Valley. It is made from one hundred percent Pais grapes harvested from incredibly old dry farmed vines. Fermented in traditional Rauli wood vats, this wine captures the rustic heritage of the region. It features vibrant notes of wild red berries, earth, and light herbal undertones with a bright finish.
