Brisko Zlato means golden hills and is a one time bottling from the Kabaj cellar released with Black Lamb. Jean Michel Morel made it from Pinot Blanc grown in Goriska Brda. Destemmed fruit spent three months on the skins in qvevri then more than two years in used French oak with no fining or filtration. It is a dry amber wine with notes of cultured butter baking spice and hot slate.
