Jean Michel Morel of Kabaj makes this pet nat in Goriska Brda from the same fruit used for Amfora. The 2022 is a coferment of Malvasia Friulano and Rebula bottled before fermentation finishes so the bubbles form in the bottle. It is unfiltered and dry with peach grapefruit and a yeasty finish. Morel made it as a youthful wine kept fresh by the lees and carbon dioxide.
