Chanter la Poire is a Canadian take on traditional French perry, inspired by the pear ciders of Normandy. Made with foraged tannic pears blended with Niagara pears and Ontario apples, it’s wild fermented and bottled with a touch of natural residual sweetness. Off-dry and lightly sparkling, it balances fine tannins and bitter pear skin with notes of Bosc pear, quince, guava, and magnolia flowers. A rich, aromatic expression of a classic French style made entirely with Canadian fruit.
