This zero dosage natural Champagne is crafted without added sulfites by winemaker Fabian Daviaux at the Chavost cooperative. The sparkling wine undergoes spontaneous fermentation with native yeasts to preserve its pure terroir. It delivers a lively palate of green apple and bright chalky minerality with a clean dry finish.
